Brake my Alfa Romeo 75 LHD VGC + Sparco rally parts
After trying to sell my car complete for somebody to enjoy it, I realised that buyers are not willing to pay as much as I was expecting for it altough I paid for it some good money and I spent hours and money to make it even better and nicer.
So, last week I listed an add on E-bay and the engine will be gone soon, just received a deposit so I'm trying to see if there's somebody interested in some good parts from the body if not I will try and keep the good ones for me and sell the body to the engine buyer or I'll take it back to Europe to fit a V6 in it(they're quite cheap taken from 164's/155's
I will have only 5-6 days to see how manny offers I can raise for the parts or the complete body(with EU papers) and if it's not enough I will have to decide which option I'll choose.
Now, about the car:
Alfa Romeo 75 with a 2.0 TwinSpark conversion
Engine completely overhauled in 2013 and the entire mechanics taken off the car, rear axle also.
Front and rear bonnets, both bumpers, front wings(sprayed), front brakes, floor carpet, grill and some other bits and pieces were swaped from an italian rust free donnor car.
-NOS Sparco Rally bucket seats
-4 point Sparco rally seat belts
-Sparco alloy pedals
-Diamond plate floor boards made to size
-Momo Apache steering wheel
-Front brakes changed(discs, calipers and pads)
-FOX 15 inch alloys
-Sachs clutch disc and bearing changed last year
-New and bigger aluminium radiator
-New Pilkington windscreen changed september 2014
-Some LEDs used inside the boot(courtesy light), on the inside of the engine bonnet(courtesy light), rear plate's lights and inside the 3rd tail light on the bonnet(brake light)
I can supply all the original parts from the interior of the car which were taken off and exchanged with the new goodies except the front seats and steering wheel which are in Europe and quite dirty.
Not so good:
-Exhaust's middle box is damaged.
Having one coil removed from the rear springs makes is very stable and fast into the corners, now with the lowered rear suspension it sits quite nice(no 4x4 looking from behind).
I can take the parts off or you can comde and take them yourself at a bit lower price.
Some pics now, the rest later.
The car is in Stoke-on-Trent, ST4
