Post The beast from the East.
Been a bit quiet recently - nearly got divorced, but managed to sort things out. Got entangled in dating for a bit whilst it all went on and generally didn't have time for the forums like I used to.

My 75 flew through another MOT, but then spat out a load of middle donut rubber when it was pulled off the brake tester... and a knocking exhaust turned out to be a snapped shock! Could have been nasty on a track day...

But I bought something else as a bit of fun, too!

So far, I've fitted a new set of tyres and have a full service kit and brake kit coming. It has an MOT, but isn't UK registered yet - awaiting the documents to come back from the DVLA.

Some tech specs...

600cc, 2 stroke twin.
Drum brakes all round.
28bhp. Top speed 60mph.

A whole load of laughs, though!

Everyone says that.

But it's FWD with transverse leaf spring suspension and drum brakes.

Late models got a 1.1 Polo engine.

The proper DDR method of tuning is to fit a Wartburg 2-stroke triple.

I came very close to binning no. 4 and taking on a new one, but things didn't quite work out.
